Beijing Preserved Fruit Museum
The Beijing Preserved Fruit Museum is divided into two floors, with a construction area of 1300 square meters. It was rebuilt and expanded using the old factory building in the 1980 s. The first floor mainly introduces the historical and cultural development of preserved fruit, the evolution of processing methods, the eight steps of traditional production techniques, and the presentation of official exchanges, folk customs, and foreign exchanges. The second floor mainly introduces the important position and social influence of preserved fruit production of HongLuo Food in modern food processing industry, on-site interactive experience, leisure and cultural product exhibition and sales area.
